摘要
为给烤烟增产提质及提高氮肥利用率提供理论依据,通过田间试验研究不同形式氮肥对烤烟产质量及氮肥利用率的影响。结果表明:施用氮肥能够显著提高烤烟产量和产值,施用控释专用复合肥(添加硝化抑制剂)的产量、产值最高,其次为有机无机复合肥,二者间无显著差异;有机无机复合肥显著提高叶片、茎秆干物重,且氮肥利用率显著高于其他施氮处理;与控释专用复合肥相比,有机无机复合肥的还原糖与总糖分别降低3.82%和6.36%,烟碱及蛋白质含量分别高11.65%和10.51%,糖碱比在最适宜范围内,为9.99,且感官评吸总分最高。
In order to provide a theoretical basis for enhancing flue-cured tobacco yield,quality and nitrogen utilization efficiency,a field experiment was conducted to explore the effects of different nitrogen fertilizers on yield,quality and nitrogen utilization efficiency of flue-cured tobacco.Results:applying nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco,controlled-release compound fertilizer(adding nitrification inhibitor)was of the highest yield and output,followed by organic-inorganic compound fertilizer,there was no significant difference between them.Organic-inorganic compound fertilizer significantly increased the leaf and stem dry weight,and the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer was significantly higher than other nitrogen treatments.Compared with controlled-release compound fertilizer,contents of reducing sugar and total sugar of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer treatments were reduced by 3.82% and 6.36% respectively.And the content of nicotine and protein were increased by 11.65% and 10.51%respectively.The ratio of sugar and nicotine in the most suitable range was 9.99,and the sensory evaluation was of the highest score.
