贵州钝药野木瓜药材的质量测定 被引量:6

摘要 为了解钝药野木瓜药材的质量,并为中药钝药野木瓜的质量标准制定提供参考和为药材的生产、流通、使用及检验提供依据,按照2010版《中国药典》附录药品质量标准研究方法,对贵州钝药野木瓜进行了常规检测、性状、显微鉴别,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC),测定其指标性成分荷苞花苷B的含量。结果表明:贵州不同地区的10批次钝药野木瓜药材的水分含量不超过11%,总灰分不高于7.0%,酸不溶性灰分不高于0.6%,醇溶性浸出物不低于17%;性状与显微特征一致性好;药材甲醇提取液TLC斑点清晰,分离度好;荷苞花苷B含量在0.083 2~0.832μg,线性关系良好(r2=0.999 6),平均加样回收率为99.53%,RSD为2.04%(n=6)。 To know the quality of S.leucantha,and provide references for quality standard setting of S.leucantha and provide basis for production,circulation,application and examination of S.leucantha.According to the methods recorded in 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia appendix,routine examination,identification of property and microscopic characteristics of S.leucantha were conducted and TLC and HPLC were employed to determine the content of calceolarioside B.Results:The limit of moisture contet,total ashes content and acid-insoluble ash content were less than 11%,7% and 0.6%,respectively.The amount of methanol extract was more than 17%.The morphological and histological characters of S.leucantha from different batches were of good consistency.The spots of methanol extracton TLC were clear and well-separated.Calceolarioside B content was 0.083 2~0.832μg with an average recovery rate of 99.53%,the linear correlation was good(r2= 0.999 6),RSD=2.04%(n=6).
