摘要
为更好地开发利用四川甘孜州野生虎掌菌,对比传统水提法与微波预处理水提法提取虎掌菌多糖的最佳工艺,以多糖得率为考察指标,采用正交试验分别设计L9(34)和L16(45)得到最佳的工艺条件。结果表明:提取虎掌菌多糖的最佳方法为微波预处理水提法,在微波预处理时间70s、乙醇浓度100%、微波功率550 W、浸提时间2h、料液比为1∶20的条件下,甘孜虎掌菌中粗多糖得率为15.56%,是传统水提法的2.04倍。
The extraction technology of polysaccharide from S.Imbricatus by the microwave pretreatment water extraction method was optimized by using L9(34)and L16(45)orthogonal designs to better develop and utilize wild S.Imbricatus resources in Ganzi Prefecture,Sichuan.Results:The polysaccharide extraction rate by the microwave pretreatment water extraction method can be up to15.56% under the conditions of 70 smicrowave treatment,100%ethanol concentration,550 W microwave power,2hextraction and 1∶20of solid to liquid.The polysaccharide extraction rate by the microwave pretreatment water extraction method is 2.04 times that of the traditional water extraction method.
