河南省粮食生产的技术效率及其影响因素

Efficienty and Its Influencing Factors of Grain Production Technology in Henan

为提高河南省粮食生产水平与农村劳动力资源的合理利用提供参考,基于2004—2013年河南省18个地市粮食生产相关数据,运用数据包络分析法测算河南省18个地市2004—2013年粮食生产的技术效率,并采用Tobit模型分析劳动力转移及其他因素对粮食生产技术效率的影响。结果表明:10年间18个地市的粮食生产技术效率平均值处于较高水平,但各地市间差异较大。城镇化水平与政府支农力度对粮食生产技术效率的影响为负,农业发展水平对粮食生产技术效率的影响为正,劳动力转移规模在上述因素的共同作用下,对粮食生产技术效率的影响为正。

The grain production technical efficiency of 18 cities,Henan was calculated by date envelopment analysis based on their related data during 2004~2013and the effect of labor transfer and other factors on grain production technical efficiency was analyzed by using Tobit model to provide a reference for improvement of grain production level and rational utilization of rural labor resources in Henan,Results：The mean value of grain production technical efficiency of 18 cities during ten years is in a high level but there is a great difference among different cities.The urbanization level and government supporting agricultural strength have a negative effect on grain production technical efficiency but agricultural development level has a positive effect on grain production technical efficiency.The labor transfer scale has a negative effect on grain production technical efficiency under the combined action of above-mentioned factors.
