摘要
从规划设计、报批拟建、招投标、施工、竣工五个阶段入手,分析了影响房地产开发项目成本控制的因素,并提出了一些控制房地产企业成本的措施,有利于提升房地产企业的利润空间。
From the planning and design,approval for planned construction,bidding,construction,completion five stages,this paper analyzed the factors influence of real estate development engineering cost control,and put forward some measures to control real estate enterprise cost,to improve the real estate enterprise's profit space.
