介绍了LOFT居家户型存在的意义及设计思路,针对LOFT居家存在的不足,从空间布局、家具配置、色彩力度、节能减排、装饰元素等方面,提出了U+理念下LOFT居家风格的营造方法,形成了新的LOFT居家模式理念。

The thesis introduces the meaning and design concept of LOFT household pattern. In light of LOFT household defects,starting from aspects of spatial layout,furniture arrangement,color degree,energy saving and emission reduction and decorative elements,it puts forward LOFT household-style creating methods with the concept of U ＋,so as to form new LOFT household pattern concept.
