多层螺旋CT对女性膀胱膨出的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT对女性膀胱膨出的诊断价值。方法对40例临床拟诊为女性膀胱膨出患者随机行多层螺旋CT和会阴超声检查,观察患者在静息、张力(Vasalva动作)时的盆底CT及超声表现。结果 40例患者中,37例CT诊断与临床一致,诊断符合率为92.5%;38例超声诊断与临床一致,诊断符合率为95.0%,两者诊断符合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT可用于诊断女性膀胱膨出。 Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of female bladder prolapse.Methods Forty women with suspected bladder prolapse underwent multislice spiral CT and perineal ultrasound examination.Pelvic CT and sonographic findings were observed at rest and during Valsalva maneuver.Results Among the 40 patients,clinical diagnosis was consistent with CT diagnosis in 37(92.5%),and with ultrasonic diagnosis in 38(95.0%).There was no significant difference in the diagnostic consistency rate between the two methods(P〉0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can be used for the diagnosis of female bladder prolapse.
