针对性个性化心理护理对顺产产妇焦虑和分娩痛的影响

Targeted personalized psychological nursing affect natural labor maternal anxiety and pain of delivery

目的探讨个性化心理护理对顺产产妇焦虑和疼痛的影响。方法选取2014年3月～2015年3月我院产二科收治的顺产产妇60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予针对性个性化心理护理疏导,对比两组患者围分娩期焦虑和疼痛情况。结果两组产妇入院时焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产前和产后7天,对照组SAS评分明显高于干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后24 h、48 h、72 h干预组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性个性化心理护理能有效减轻分娩产妇的焦虑和疼痛,从而促进产妇和新生儿的身心健康,值得广泛推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the individualized psychological nursing affect natural labor maternal anxiety and pain.Selection. Methods Prospective in March 2014- March 2015 in henan shangqiu first people＇s hospital of 60 patients admitted in 2 families,eutocia puerpera, the random number table method is adopted to control group and intervention group, each 30 cases,control group given routine nursing care,intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing care to give targeted personalized psychological nursing guidance,compared two groups of patients with anxiety and pain during delivery. Results Two groups of similar maternal SAS scores on admission（P〉0.05）;prenatal and postnatal 7 d,control group SAS score significantly higher than the intervention group（P〈0.05）; After 24 h, 48 h, 72 h VAS score intervention group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The targeted personalized psychological nursing can effectively alleviate pain and anxiety of pregnant women,thereby promoting maternal and newborn health of body and mind,is worth application and spread.
