门诊妇科护理中应用健康教育对患者依从性的影响研究

Infl uence of outpatient obstetric care health education on the application of patient compliance

目的研究门诊妇科护理中应用健康教育对患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2014年6月~2015年6月我院妇科门诊收治的阴道炎患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,实验组在对照组基础上增加健康教育。观察两组疗效和治疗依从性。结果实验组总有效率为96%显著优于对照组的84%,且治疗依从性显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论健康教育能够增强患者对妇科疾病的意识,提高治疗依从性和疗效。

Objective To study the application of outpatient obstetric care health education on compliance of patients.Methods Randomly selected in June 2014 to June 2015 vaginitis gynecological clinic hospital admitted 100 cases of controlled trials subjects were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control and experimental groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the experimental group increased health education, clinical effectiveness and compliance criteria for the evaluation compared two groups of patients.Results From the clinical effectiveness and compliance are two average index,the experimental group was signifi cantly better than the control group, the contrast between the two groups have signifi cant differences.Conclusion Health education can enhance patient awareness of gynecological diseases, improve treatment adherence and clinical outcomes.s.
