超声消融(海扶刀)治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

目的对超声消融（海扶刀）治疗子宫肌瘤患者的疗效进行分析。方法选取我院2012年3月~2014年2月收治的子宫肌瘤患者160例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,各80例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,研究组采用超声消融术治疗,并比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后,研究组肌瘤直径、体积改善显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组月经期时间与经量比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组术后并发症率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用超声消融术治疗子宫肌瘤患者,可明显缩小瘤体平均体积,缩短住院时间,并降低术后并发症率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical study of treating hysteromyoma with ultrasound ablation. Methods Choosed 160 cases of hysteromyoma patients from Mar. 2012 to Feb. 2015 to divide into study group and controlled group with 80 cases,the controlled group were treated with mifepristone,the study group were treated with ultrasound ablation. Results The improvement of myoma diameter and volume of study group were all better than controlled group. The menstrual amount between these two groups had signifi cant difference（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse effects of study group was lower than controlled group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating hysteromyoma with ultrasound ablation can decrease myoma and short in hospital time.
