2012年以来,中国经济逐渐进入以经济增长速度变化、产业结构优化和发展动力转换为新特点的经济新常态。江苏作为中国第二经济大省、第一制造业大省和科教资源大省,转型升级和技术创新走在全国前列,但产业结构调整相对滞后。通过分析江苏省产业结构与科技创新资源配置的现状与问题,致力于发挥江苏省科技创新资源丰富优势和产业结构调整过程中科技创新资源的重要作用,推动江苏省产业结构调整和科技创新资源配置的协调发展。

Since 2012,China＇s economy gradually into to economic growth rate variation,the optimization of the industrial structure and development of the power conversion for the new features of the new economic norm. Jiangsu as the second economic province,first manufacturing province and educational resource big province,transformation upgrading and technological innovation to walk in the forefront of the country,but the adjustment of industrial structure is relatively backward. Through the analysis of the present situation and problems of Jiangsu Province industrial structure and innovation of science and technology resource allocation,is committed to play an important role in Jiangsu Province Science and technology innovation is rich in resources advantage and the adjustment of industrial structure in the process of innovation of science and technology resources role,promote the coordinated development of Jiangsu Province＇s industrial structure adjustment and innovation of science and technology resource allocation.
