3D打印辅助开窗技术腔内修复治疗近肾动脉腹主动脉瘤 被引量:6

摘要 腔内修复术(endovascular aortic repair,EVAR)已经成为治疗腹主动脉瘤(abdominal aortic aneurysm,AAA)的首选方法[1]。该类手术也存在局限性,其要求支架近端的锚定区要超过15 mm,然而有相当一部分患者,其肾动脉下方的锚定区小于15 mm,这类动脉瘤称之为近肾动脉动脉瘤(juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm,JRAAA)。
