探究加味逍遥丸在治疗更年期综合征中的临床效果

Explore the Clinical Effect of Modified Xiaoyao Pill in the Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome

目的探究加味逍遥丸在治疗更年期综合征的临床效果。方法由辽宁汉草堂中药有限公司与盘锦市中心医院合作,选取在盘锦市中心医院妇科就诊的80例更年期综合征患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组40例,采用辽宁汉草堂中药有限公司生产的加味逍遥丸治疗,对照组40例,采用尼尔雌醇片治疗,观察两组患者的有效率,以及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组有效率为97.5%,对照组有效率为70.0%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组发生不良反应5例,试验组无不良反应,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辽宁汉草堂中药有限公司生产的加味逍遥散可有效治疗更年期综合征,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of add modified xiaoyao pill in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods Liaoning Hancaotang Chinese medicine Co., Ltd. and Panjin center hospital cooperation, select 80 cases in the panjin center hospital gynecology clinic with climacteric syndrome, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group 40 cases positions were given modified flavor xiaoyao pill made by Liaoning Hancaotang Chinese medicine Co., Ltd., control group 40 cases positions were gaven nylestriol tablet. Observe two groups of patients effectively. Results The Experimental group effective rate was 97.5%, control group effective rate was 70.0%, experimental group is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The control group adverse reactions in 5 cases, experimental Group there is no adverse reactions, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liaoning Hancaotang Chinese medicine Co., Ltd. production modified xiaoyao pill can effectively treat menopausal syndrome, is worth popularizing in clinical.
