自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮出血的临床疗效观察

The Therapeutic Effects of the Automatic Ligation of Hemorrhoids in Patients with Haemorrhoid Haemorrhage

目的探讨和研究自动痔疮套扎术对痔疮出血患者的治疗情况和临床效果。方法随机抽选2013年10月至2014年10月期间在我院肛肠科接受痔疮手术治疗的患者94例,征得病患及其家属同意后,随机分为对照组44例和观察组50例,分别给予传统套扎术和自动痔疮套扎术,统计、分析和对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗结果对比显示,两组患者均无需住院治疗,其中观察组的平均手术时间是(7.2±1.1)min,治疗有效率为94%,对照组平均手术时间为(10.5±1.2)min,治疗有效率为68.2%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮临床疗效显著,治疗时间短,恢复快,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in patients with haemorrhoid haemorrhage. Methods 94 cases of patients received haemorrhoid operation in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into control group（44 cases） and observation group（50 cases）. Control group accepted traditional ligation,and observation group accepted automatic ligation of hemorrhoids. Statistics, analysis and comparison the clinical treatment effect of two groups. Results According to the results, all patients of two groups did not need hospital treatment, the mean operative time of observation group and control group were（7.2±1.1）and（10.5±1.2）min respectively, and the effective rate were 68.2% and 94% respectively with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids had the advantages of effectiveness, short cure time and quicker recovery, was an effective therapy.
