摘要
近年来,随着信息技术的发展,零售信息的传递方式发生了巨大变化,消费者需求日益多样化和复杂化。面对错综复杂的竞争格局,创新成为零售企业生存和发展的核心。文章在检索大量文献的基础上,基于创新价值链理论,以零售创新绩效提升为目的,沿着以零售企业创新的知识寻源、创意转化和创新扩散这三个阶段构成的零售企业创新路经,对目前国内外学术界关于零售企业创新的研究成果加以梳理和评述,并对该领域未来的研究方向进行了展望。文章旨在为零售创新的理论研究提供一个新的视角,为零售企业的创新实践提供一定的参考和借鉴。
Recently,with the development of the Internet-oriented information technology,the way to deliver retail information has changed dramatically. The customer demand has become increasingly diversified and complicated. In face of the complicated and complex competitive situation,the innovation has been the core for survival and development of retail enterprises.After wide search of the literature,based on the innovation value chain( IVC) theory,with the purpose to improve the innovation performance of retail enterprises,this paper combs and comments on the research results about retail innovation along the innovation path of retail enterprises which is composed of three phases: knowledge sourcing,idea conversion and innovation diffusion.Moreover,this study gives a prospect to future research direction in this field. This paper aims to provide a new and systematic perspective for theoretical research on retail innovation and provide some reference for the practice of retail innovation.
