摘要
我国正逐步建立各级广播电视监测系统,由于中央和地方的监测系统是分别投资建设的,缺乏统一的规划和建设标准规范,各地监测网采用的系统架构、通信协议、系统开发环境、数据格式等存在着较大的差异,因此导致设备通信接口协议不通用,资源共享、互联互通难度大。本文在研究现有系统建设的基础上提出了一些建议,充分利用现有监测资源提高监测效率,在技术系统松耦合、监测业务紧密协作的基础上,实现数据资源共享,互联互通。
In recent years, radio and TV monitoring systems are gradually established. However, these systems were founded by different organizations, and lack of standards. The system architecture, communication protocols, system development environment and data formats presented huge differences, and it led to the obstruction of resource sharing. This paper provides some suggestions to the development of resource sharing system based on existing systems.
