区域经济一体化中粤港服务业合作的现状与障碍

The Present Condition and Obstacles of the Service Industry Cooperation between Hong Kong and Guangdong in the Process of Regional Economic Integration

粤港合作的30年是推动双方经济快速发展的30年。20世纪80年代初,由于内地与香港间要素价格的巨大差异,当改革开放的大门打开后,市场成为双方合作最有力的推动力。30年后两地要素价格差距开始缩小,合作动力开始减弱。目前,粤港进入新的合作阶段,在区域竞争以及产业结构调整的压力下,服务业成为这阶段双方合作的主要内容,形成粤港服务业合作特征与模式,同时对两地经济起重要推动作用。CEPA实施后粤港服务业合作虽取得进展,但却有许多深层次的障碍。本文就新时期粤港服务业合作的意义、现状以及问题进行探讨。

Hong Kong-Guangdong cooperation in past 30 years has given a big push to the development of their respective economic.In the early 1980s,because the huge difference of factor price between two areas,market has been a strong promoter of cooperation.But as the gap of factor prices has been narrowed,the engine of co-operation is dropping off.Now,at the pressure of the regional competition and industrial restructuring,the cooperation of service industries becomes the main content at this stage.Although service industry cooperation between two areas has made some progress,there are still many deep-rooted obstacles.This paper studies the meaning,status quo and problems of the service cooperation in this new co-operation period between two areas.
