澳门社团政治功能的个案研究

Case Study on the Political Function of Associations in Macao

本文以澳门中华总商会、工会联合总会、街坊会联合总会三个社团为个案来研究澳门社团的政治功能。首先探讨了澳门社团政治功能的表现形式,认为推选议员、政治动员、参与决策、利益表达是其政治功能的主要表现;其次从静态和动态两个角度探讨了澳门社团政治功能的特点,认为社团政治功能的强弱与社团规模相关,社团政治功能的表现与社团界别相关,社团政治功能经历了从无到有、从弱到强的发展过程。

The article takes 3 cases to study the political function of the Macao society; Macao Chamber of Commerce,Federation of Trade Unions in Macao(Federac(?)o das Associac(?)es dos Operiarios de Macao),the Federation of Neighborhood Associations of Macao (the Uni(?)o Geral das Associac(?)es dos Moradores de Macao).In the beginning,the article discusses the performing forms of political function of associations,and concludes that members elected, political mobilization,participation in decision-making are the main performance.And then the article discusses the features of association's political function in Macao in static and dynamic points,and makes a conclusion that the strength of association's political function relates to the size of the organization,and the performing forms of political function and the sectors they belong to.The political function of associations has experienced a developing process that from weak to strong.
