摘要 目的研究在普通外科临床教学过程中应用客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)方法的效果。方法选取本院于2014年1月~2015年12月外科临床实习的138例医学实习生,常规组实施一般教学考核模式,干预组实施OSCE教学考核模式。观察两组实习生的出科考核情况,实习生自身实际操作技能掌握情况等。结果常规组实习生实际操作能力、专业知识掌握情况、各种检查结果判读、相关检查手法及病情诊断能力等指标分数均低于干预组,P〈0.05。结论临床针对外科实习生出科考试前实施OSCE考核模式训练,可有效帮助学生认识到自身专业知识及实践能力掌握不足之处,提高其自主学习性,有效帮助其掌握专业知识及锻炼相关操作能力。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of OSCE in the general surgerical teaching examination. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, 138 medical interns in our surgical department were selected. The routine group implemented the general teaching appraisal pattern. The implementation of OSCE teaching evaluation model was conducted in the intervention group. The final assessment and practical ability for two groups was observed. Results The evaluation score on the practical ability, mastery of professional knowledge, identification of inspection results, inspection methods and diagnostic capability for general group were lower than intervention group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Before the final examination, the OSCE teaching mode can efficiently improve the intern's awareness and mastery of professional knowledge and practical ability as well as independent learning ability.
