腰部CT定位下射频微创缓解老年人腰腿痛的临床疗效

摘要 目的探究腰部CT定位下射频微创对老年人腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年2月~2015年2月收治的165例老年腰腿疼痛患者作为研究对象,借助CT定位,依据患者实际情况选择合适的入路到达靶目标。对腰椎间盘结构组织、后纵韧带及腰椎神经管道等行射频治疗。结果 95例全程受访老年患者中,94.74%(90/95)腰腿痛及下肢不良症状得到有效缓解,术前VAS评分为(7.64±1.50)分,术后1周VAS评分为(3.24±0.71)分。根据ODI标准评分,67例优,14例良,9例一般,5例无效,优良率为85.26%(81/95)。结论借助CT定位可快速精准确定腰椎射频的穿刺靶点,同时对脊柱实施射频微创操作,能有效缓解老年人腰腿痛。 Objective To explore the minimally invasive radiofrequency waist CT positioning clinical curative effect of lumbago and leg pain in elderly people. Methods 165 cases of senile lumbocrural pain patients were chosen as the research object in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015, with the help of CT positioning, on the basis of the actual situation of patients choose suitable road to reach the target. Radiofrequency treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc structure, posterior longitudinal ligament and lumbar spinal canal. Results 95 cases throughout the surveyed in elderly patients, 94.74%(90/95) lumbocrural pain and lower extremity symptoms has been effectively alleviated, preoperative VAS scores for(7.64±1.50), postoperative 1 week VAS score for(3.24±0.71). According to ODI standard score, 67 cases were excellent, 14 cases were good, 9 cases were normal, 5 cases were invalid, the excellent and good rate was 85.26%(81/95). Conclusion With the help of CT localization can be fast and accurate determination of radiofrequency lumbar puncture target spot, while on the spine to implement a minimally invasive radiofrequency ablation operation, can effectively alleviate the elderly lumbocrural pain.
