分析重度急性有机磷农药中毒并发急性呼吸衰竭患者的ICU治疗手段与临床效果

Analysis on the ICU Treatment Method and Clinical Effect of Severe Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning Complicated With Acute Respiratory Failure

目的探讨重度急性有机磷农药中毒（ASOPP）并发急性呼吸衰竭患者ICU中的具体治疗手段及治疗效果。方法选择2014年11月~2015年12月我院接收的40例ASOPP并发急性呼吸衰竭患者,随机平分为对照组、观察组,分别给予常规治疗和ICU治疗。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异比较存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对ASOPP并发急性呼吸衰竭患者实施有效的ICU治疗可促进治疗效果得到显著提高。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect in severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（ASOPP） complicated with acute respiratory failure in patients with acute respiratory failure in ICU. Methods 40 cases of ASOPP complicated with acute respiratory failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group from November 2014 to December 2015. The patients were given routine treatment and ICU treatment. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effective ICU treatment can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients with acute respiratory failure complicated with ASOPP.
