心率变异性时域相关指标分析对小儿β-受体功能亢进症的诊断价值分析

Analysis on the Diagnostic Value of Heart Rate Variability in Time Domain Correlation Analysis of β-Receptor Function in Children

目的探讨心率变异性时域相关指标分析对小儿β-受体功能亢进症的诊断价值。方法抽选2013年8月~2014年11月我院收治的β-受体功能亢进症患儿56例作为观察组,给予该组患儿对症治疗,抽选同期50名健康小儿作为对照组,比较观察组治疗前后与对照组小儿的心率变异性时域指标。结果观察组治疗前心率变异性时域指标（SDNN、SDANN、SDNN Index、RMSSD、PNN50）均低于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗后与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论β-受体功能亢进症患儿心率变异性时域指标低于正常组小儿,检测分析心率变异性时域指标水平可用于诊断小儿β-受体功能亢进症。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of heart rate variability in time domain correlation indexes in children with beta receptor function. Methods From August 2013 to November 2014, 56 casewith adrenoceptor hyperfunction syndrome in our hospital were taken as the observation group, and received symptomatic treatment, during the same period, 50 healthy children were taken as control group, compared and observed the domain index of heart rate variability before and after treatment and control group. Results The time domain indexes of heart rate variability（SDNN, SDANN, SDNN, Index, RMSSD, PNN50） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The time domain index of heart rate variability in children with beta receptor function is significantly lower than that in the normal group, and the time domain index of heart rate variability can be used in thediagnosis of children with beta receptor function.
