颅内压监测在神经外科手术后的应用分析

Application of Intracranial Pressure Monitoring in Department of Neurosurgery After Operation

目的探讨颅内压(ICP)监测在神经外科手术后应用的临床意义。方法将30例神经外科手术后患者随机分为监测组和对照组,各15例,监测组术中行ICP监测,对照组按常规治疗,比较两组患者的预后情况。结果术后3个月,监测组预后良好率(73%)高于对照组(53%)(P<0.01)。结论对神经外科手术后的患者进行持续ICP监测,可动态了解脑的血流灌注,改善预后具有重要的意义。

Objective To discuss application clinical significance of intracranial pressure（ICP） monitoring in after neurosurgery operation. Methods 30 cases of patients were randomly divided into monitoring group and the control group, 15 cases in each group. The monitoring group received ICP monitoring, the control group received conventional treatment. To compared two groups of patients＇ prognosis. Results After 3 months, the monitoring group with good prognosis（73%） was obviously higher than that of control group（53%）（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Patients with neurosurgery after surgery received ICP monitoring continuously, and can understand dynamically of cerebral blood flow perfusion. It is of great importance for improving the prognosis.
