妊娠合并心脏病120例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 120 Cases of Pregnancy Complicated With Heart Disease

目的分析妊娠合并心脏病的发病率以及对母婴的影响。方法对收治的120例妊娠合并心脏病孕产妇的临床资料进行分析。结果妊娠合并心脏病孕产妇中,发病率最高的为先天性心脏病;心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级产妇妊娠孕周及新生儿平均体重高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ级产妇（P〈0.05）;本组孕产妇的剖宫产率为91.7%。结论妊娠合并心脏病孕产妇中,发病率最高的为先天性心脏病,为改善产妇妊娠结局,需要展开科学、规范的产前检查,适时施行剖宫产术。

Objective Analysis of the incidence of heart disease during pregnancy and the impact of the case by the mother and child. MethodsThe clinical data of 120 cases of pregnancy complicated with heart disease in hospital were analyzed. Results Pregnancy with heart disease in the maternal, the highest incidence of congenital heart disease, cardiac function level of Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ maternal gestational weeks of pregnancy and neonatal significantly better than the average weight Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ level（P0.05）. This group of maternal cesarean delivery rate was 91.7%. Conclusion The incidence of pregnancy with heart disease in the maternal, the highest for congenital heart disease, to improve maternal pregnancy outcomes, standardized antenatal examination, timely cesarean section.
