电子输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术对上尿路结石的治疗价值探讨

Value of Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Upper Urinary Tract Calculi Under Electronic Flexible Ureter

目的探讨电子输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术对上尿路结石的治疗价值。方法将93例上尿路结石患者随机分成两组,观察组(n=46)行电子输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,对照组(n=47)行常规开放取石治疗,对比两组手术疗效。结果观察组结石清除率、并发症发生率均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论电子输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术对上尿路结石的治疗效果确切,安全可靠。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value of the upper urinary tract calculi electronic ureteral soft holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods 93 cases of upper urinary tract calculi were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group（n=46） line of electronic ureteral soft holmium laser lithotripsy treatment, control group（n=47） underwent conventional open stone therapy, compared two groups of surgery. Results Observation group stone clearance rate, complication rate than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electronic ureteral soft holmium laser lithotripsy for upper urinary tract calculi treatment and safe and reliable.
