Clinical Observation and Analysis of Chronic Heart Failure With Rapid Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨慢性心力衰竭并发心房颤动前后心功能状态的变化。方法选取60例慢性心衰并发快速心房颤动的患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,比较心房颤动纠正为窦性心律后的观察组和单纯心室率控制达标后的对照组心功能的变化。结果两组患者均于治疗达标后心功能得到明显改善,观察组心功能改善优于对照组,P<0.05。结论积极转复心房颤动比单纯控制心室率心功能改善更明显。

Objective To explore the chronic heart failure with atrial fibrillation heart function before and after the change. Methods 60 cases of the heart failure with atrial fibrillation patients were selected in the hospital were selected for the study, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, comparison of atrial fibrillation after corrective to sinus rhythm observation group and control group after the successful simple ventricular rate control the changes of cardiac function. Results Observe two groups patients were in the middle of the cardiac function targets are obviously improved, but the observation of sinus rhythm group of cardiac function improvement is obviously better than the ventricular rate control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Atrial fibrillation cardiac output leads to an already failure down further, and correction of atrial fibrillation than simple ventricular rate control to improve heart function more obvious.
