桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板在老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Plates in Unstable Distal Radius Fracture in the Treatment of Type T Distal Radius Locking

目的分析桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的疗效。方法将74例老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者分为两组,对照组行外支架固定,观察组行桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组骨性愈合时间、术后6个月并发症发生率、腕关节功能评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板对老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折治疗价值显著。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment distal radius T locking plate instability elderly radius far end fracture curative effect is analyzed. Methods 74 patients with fracture of elderly radius distal instability can be divided into two groups, control group gets bracket, observation group line radius distal T locking plate treatment, compared two groups of curative effect. Results The observation group of osseous healing time, postoperative complications, wrist joint function score 6 months were significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The distal radius T locking instability threatening the elderly radius far end fracture treatment value significantly.
