胆肠内引流术在肝内胆管结石治疗中的应用效果观察

The Effect of Biliary Enteric Drainage in the Treatment of Intrahepatic Bile Duct Stones

目的观察胆肠内引流术在肝内胆管结石治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2012年11月~2015年3月我院收治的86例长时间内镜治疗或不耐受手术治疗的肝内胆管结石患者作为观察目标,所有患者均应用肝胆内引流术进行治疗,评价临床治疗效果。结果 86例患者术后14 d的＂T＂管造影检查结果可知：结石无法取净者7例,占8.1%,术后出现并发症者10例,占11.6%;随访1年后优良率为90.7%。结论内胆管结石应用胆肠内引流术进行治疗,疗效确切,并发症发生率低,临床应严格掌握其手术指征和禁忌证,选择科学合理手术方式,切实提高治疗效果。

Objective To observe the bile enteral drainage in application effect in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods 86 cases of endoscopic treatment for a long time or intolerance of surgical treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones patients were selected as research target from November 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital, all patients were applied within the liver and gallbladder drainage treatment, evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect. Results 86 patients of 14 d after the ＂T＂ tube imaging inspection result： 7 cases of calculi cannot takenet, accounted for 8. 1 %, 10 cases of postoperative complications, accounting for 11.6%. Follow-up of 1 year is as high as 90.7%. Conclusion The application of stone of the bile duct inside bravery enteral drainage treatment, curative effect, low incidence of complications, clinical should strictly grasp its operation against and contraindications, scientific and reasonable operation method choice, and improve the efficacy of treatment.
