连续性血液净化抢救多脏器功能衰竭的疗效观察

Efficacy of Continuous Blood Purification in the Treatment of Multiple Organ Failure

目的研究连续性血液净化法应用于多脏器功能衰竭临床抢救工作中发挥的作用。方法选择本院40例多脏器功能衰竭患者接受连续性血液净化抢救,针对其临床治疗资料开展回顾性分析。结果治疗后和治疗前的指标对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对多脏器功能衰竭患者,选择连续性血液净化法进行抢救可获得良好疗效。

Objective To study the continuous blood purification method is applied to multiple organ function failure clinical play a role in the rescue work. Methods 40 patients with multiple organ function failure for continuous blood purification rescue were selected, depended on theclinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results There exists significant difference before and after treatment of the index contrast, with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with multiple organ function failure, the choice method of continuous blood purification for rescue can obtain good therapeutic effect.
