比较开腹及腹腔镜手术切除胆囊治疗结石性胆囊炎的疗效

Comparison of Open and Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Gallstone Cholecystitis

目的对开腹与腹腔镜手术切除胆囊治疗结石性胆囊炎的疗效进行分析和比较。方法选取我院2013年6月~2015年7月收治的94例结石性胆囊炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的治疗,对照组患者接受开腹胆囊切除手术的治疗,对比治疗效果。结果观察组患者术中出血量、术后住院时间等手术指标均优于对照组患者,并发症发生率、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组患者,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论相较于开腹胆囊切除手术,腹腔镜胆囊切除手术具有创口小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。

Objective To analyze and compare the curative effect of open and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstone cholecystitis. Methods 94 cases of calculus cholecystitis patients were selected in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2015, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, patients in the observation group received the treatment of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, patients in the control group received the treatment of open cholecystectomy, comparing the treatment effect. Results In the observation group, the blood loss, postoperative hospital stay and other indicators were better than the control group, the incidence of complications, C reactive protein level was lower than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with open cholecystectomy surgery, laparoscopic cholecystectomy with small wound, rapid recovery, fewer complications.
