复方曲安奈德联合重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液治疗糜烂溃疡口腔黏膜病临床研究

Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Combined With rh EGF in the Treatment of Oral Mucosal Erosions and Ulcers

目的探究复方曲安奈德联合重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液的应用效果。方法将我院2013年5月~2014年5月收治的100例糜烂溃疡口腔黏膜病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各50例,对比两组的治疗总有效率。结果对照组50例患者中,显效、有效、无效分别为25例、5例、20例,总有效率为60%。观察组50例患者中,显效、有效、无效分别为40例、6例、4例,总有效率为92%;且P〈0.05。结论复方曲安奈德联合重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液治疗糜烂溃疡口腔黏膜病,具有一定的治疗价值。

Objective Toexploret heapplication of compound triamcinolone acetonide combined with rh EGF. Methods From May 2013 to May 2014, 100 cases of oral mucosal erosions and ulcers were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group, compared two groups of the total effective rate. Results Among the 50 cases of control group, the marked effective, effective and ineffective cases were respectively 25, 5 and 20, the total effective rate was 60%. Among the 50 cases of the observation group, the marked effective, effective and ineffective cases were respectively 40, 6 and 4, the total effective rate was 92%, P〈0.05. Conclusion Compound triamcinolone acetonide combined with rh EGF vfor oral mucosal erosions and ulcers, has certain therapeutic value.
