摘要
目的探讨在中期妊娠引产中应用米非司酮配伍依沙吖啶治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取本院150例中期妊娠妇女,按药物治疗方式的不同,75例患者经腹穿刺羊膜腔内注射依沙吖啶药物引产(对照组),75例患者采用米非司酮口服配伍依沙吖啶经腹穿刺羊膜腔内注射引产(观察组),对两组患者的用药至宫缩时间、总产程、产后24h出血量、引产成功例数等指标进行统计对比,并评价其用药安全性。结果观察组用药至宫缩时间、总产程、产后24 h出血量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组引产成功率(98.67%)高于对照组(89.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(2.67%)低于对照组(4.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对中期妊娠孕妇采取米非司酮配伍依沙吖啶药物的引产成功率较高,且引产时间短,用药安全性好,是目前临床用于中期妊娠引产较为理想的方法。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone in combination with ethacridine for labor induction of mid-term pregnancy. Methods 150 women in mid-term pregnancy were randomly selected as the research objects, according to the way of drug treatment, 75 patients after abdominal puncture the amniotic cavity injection of ethacridine drug induction(control group) and 75 patients with mifepristone combined with ethacridine abdominal puncture the amniotic cavity injection induced abortion(observation group), of two groups of patients with medication to the palace by contraction time, total labor, postpartum bleeding volume in 24 hours, labor cases number index for statistical comparison, and to evaluate the safety of drugs. Results The medication to the contraction time, the total stage of labor and the amount of bleeding 24 hours after delivery of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, and their differences were significant(P〈0.05). The successful labor induction rate of the observation group was 98.67% which was higher than that of the control group 89.33%, and the difference was significant(P〈0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 2.67% which was lower than that of the control group 4.00%, but the difference was not significant(P〉〈0.05). Conclusion The successful labor induction rate of mifepristone in combination with ethacridine which are safe drugs is higher, and their labor induction time is shorter. It is a better method for labor induction of midterm pregnancy.
