人工流产后即时口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Oral Administration of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets After Induced Abortion

目的探讨人工流产后即时口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片的临床效果。方法选择自愿人工流产终止妊娠的妇女102例,随机分组,观察组52例术后即时口服避孕药炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,对照组50例,术后采取其他避孕方法。观察两组术后出血时间、出血量、生殖器感染率、流产1年后再次妊娠率。结果术后出血时间、出血量、生殖器官感染率、流产1年后再次妊娠率,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产后即时口服避孕药炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,不仅可以避孕,也可缩短出血时间,减少出血量和感染,促进月经恢复,防止痛经发生。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets after induced abortion. Methods 102 cases of the abortion voluntary termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups. 52 cases in observation group were treated with oral ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets after operation, 50 cases in the control group were taken about other contraceptive methods, to observe the time of postoperative bleeding, the volume of bleeding, the rate of genital infection and the rate of pregnancy after one year of abortion about two groups after operation. Results The time of postoperative bleeding, the volume of bleeding, the rate of genital infection and the rate of pregnancy after one year of abortion of observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets instant oral contraceptives after induced abortion also can shorten the bleeding time, reduce the amount of bleeding and infection, promote the recovery of menstruation and prevent dysmenorrhea.
