益母草注射液联合缩宫素对剖宫产术中及术后出血的影响

The Leonurus Injection Combined With Oxytocin in the Treatment of Intraoperative and Postoperative Hemorrhage in Cesarean Section

目的探析益母草注射液联合缩宫素对剖宫产术中及术后出血的影响。方法选取120例剖宫产患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各为60例,治疗组给予益母草+缩宫素,对照组单纯给予缩宫素,比较两组术中、术后出血量等。结果治疗组术中、术后出血量与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗组总有效率95.0%、不良反应发生率3.33%与对照组的75.0%、15.0%比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产术中及术后出血效果确切。

Objective To analysis leonurus injection combined with oxytocin in postoperative hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods 120 cases of cesarean section patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, 60 cases in each group, the treatment group was given motherwort and oxytocin, the control group was given oxytocin, compared intraoperative and postoperative bleeding amount. Results The postoperative bleeding in treatment group compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05, the total efficiency in treatment group was 95.0%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%, in the control group, they were 75.0% and 15.0%, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Leonurus injection combined with oxytocinprevention cesarean section for postoperative bleeding have exact effect.
