个体化护理在改善胆结石手术患者心理状态及生活质量中的价值探讨

The Value of Individual Nursing in Improving the Psychological State and Quality of Life of Patients With Gallstone Operation

目的探讨个体化护理在改善胆结石手术患者心理状态和生活质量中的应用价值。方法将112例胆结石手术患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组(个体化护理)与对照组(常规护理)。结果干预前,两组心理状态、生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组心理状态、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理能改善胆结石手术患者心理状态和生活质量。

Objective To explore the application value of individual nursing in improving the psychological state of patients with gallstone surgery and quality of life. Methods 112 cases of gallstone surgery patients were randomly divided into study group（individual nursing） and control group（routine nursing）. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups of psychological state and life quality score（P〈0.05）, after the intervention, the study group psychological state and quality of life scores than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The individualized nursing care can improve the psychological state of patients with gallstone surgery and quality of life.
