人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用价值探讨

Application Value of Humanistic Nursing in Elderly Patients With Fracture of Lower Limb in the Operating Room Nursing

目的探析老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中应用人性化护理的临床价值。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月我院收治的86例老年下肢骨折患者予以分组研究,按照入院顺序分成两组,即对照组与观察组,各组43例。对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行人性化护理,对两组护理效果进行观察对比。结果观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度为97.7%,与对照组的76.7%相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中施行人性化护理,可以有效减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁程度,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore clinical value of application of humanistic nursing the elderly patients with fracture of lower limb in the operating room nursing. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, 86 cases of our hospital during the period of elderly patients with lower limb fracture group study, according to admission order were divided into two groups, control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group. Control group of routine nursing, the observation group of humanized nursing, the nursing effect were observed in the two groups were compared. Results The observation group of patients with anxiety and depression scores significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Observation group of patients with nursing satisfaction was 97.7%, compared with 76.7% in the control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In elderly patients with fracture of lower limb in the operating room nursing implementation of humanized nursing, patients can effectively reduce the degree of anxiety and depression, improve patient care satisfaction.
