乳腺癌患者围手术期心理护理研究

Research on the Perioperative Psychological Nursing for Breast Cancer Patients

目的分析乳腺癌患者的围手术期心理护理方法和效果。方法回顾分析42例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,总结其围手术期心理护理方法以及效果。结果 42例患者护理后SAS及SDS评分均获得降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期全程贯穿心理护理有利于改善乳腺癌患者的心理状态,提高其生存质量。

Objective To analyze the method and effect of perioperative psychological nursing for breast cancer patients. Methods The clinical data of 42 cases of breast cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed,the nursing method and effect of perioperative psychological nursing were summarized. Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the 42 patients were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing throughout the entire perioperative period of breast cancer patients can improve the psychological state and their quality of life.
