摘要
口腔门诊的患者流量大、复诊患者多,且科室内手术仪器设备、所用材料及药品的种类繁多,技术操作具有一定的复杂性,为此,建立一套完善的护理质量管理体系显得尤为重要,以防止医患纠纷和护理差错等现象的出现。持续质量改进是美国卫生保健组织鉴定联合委员会提出的管理模式,其更注重过程管理、环节质量控制,属于一种新的管理理论。主要通过收集资料、明确问题、提出更合理有效措施,达到有效护理的目的,目前已应用到临床护理实践中。因此,我院口腔门诊病分析了口腔科室管理中出现的问题,提出相应对策,改进其管理模式,应用持续质量改进模式,提高了护理质量。
In oral outpatient service, the number of patients is great, the number of visitspatients is also large,and dental surgical instruments and equipment, with many different kinds of materials and drugs, and technical operation has certain complexity. Therefore, the establishment of perfect system of nursing quality management is very important to preventdisputes between doctors and patients and the nursing error. Continuous quality improvement isproposed by Committee of the United States Health Care Organization, the management model is more emphasis on process management, link quality control, is a new management theory. Mainly through the collection of information, put forward more reasonable and effective measures, and has achieved the purpose of nursing, but has been applied to clinical nursing practice. So we entrance diagnose analysis the oral management, improve the management mode, puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the model of continuous quality improvement, improve the quality of nursing.
