摘要
目的探讨多普勒超声在甲状腺疾病中的诊断方法。方法选取我院2014年5月~2015年11月收治的31例甲状腺疾病患者,对其使用多普勒超声时的诊断方法进行分析。结果本组甲状腺疾病31例患者均采用多普勒超声进行诊断,超声诊断准确率达98%以上。结论根据受检者的甲状腺肿大程度,回声情况,血流参数等多种图像数据,可基本判断受检者患病类型。
Objective To explore the method of doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid diseases.Methods Selected 31 cases of patients with thyroid disease from May 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital,the use of doppler ultrasound diagnosis analysis method.Results 31 cases of patients with thyroid disease were the group with doppler ultrasound diagnosis,diagnostic accuracy rate of more than 98%.Conclusion According to the subjects of the degree of goiter,echo,blood flow parameters and other image data,which can determine the basic subjects of type of disease.
