CT与MRI诊断原发性胆囊癌的临床效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis Clinical Effect of CT And MRI in Diagnosis of Primary Gallbladder Carcinoma

目的本文对CT以及MRI诊断原发性胆囊癌的效果进行对比分析。方法对56例原发性胆囊癌患者进行CT以及MRI的诊断,对这两种诊断方法的准确度以及检测值进行分析。结果对原发性胆囊癌患者行CT以及MRI诊断后,其检查结果较为相似,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。但CT检查不能对胆囊的结石进行有效检测。结论对原发性胆囊癌患者进行诊断的过程中,行CT和MRI为最常见的两种诊断方式,MRI的诊断效果相比与CT诊断价值高。

Objective Analysis the effect of CT and MRI diagnosis of primary gallbladder.Methods Selected 56 cases of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of patients with primary gallbladder,accuracy of these two kinds of diagnostic methods and values for analysis.Results After the row CT and MRI in the diagnosis of patients with primary gallbladder,the inspection result is similar to that of data comparison there is no significant difference（P〈0.05）.But the CT examination can＇t effective detection of gallbladder stone.Conclusion Patients with primary gallbladder diagnosis,CT and MRI for two of the most common diagnosis,MRI diagnosis effect compared with CT value slightly higher.
