摘要
目的探讨戈谢病的临床及血液学特点。方法对1例戈谢病患儿的临床资料进行分析,并对文献进行复习。结果此患儿为Ⅱ型戈谢病,具有较典型的临床表现及血液学特征。结论此病少见,系罕见病,临床易误诊,应注意鉴别。
Objective To study the clinical and hematology characteristics of gaucher disease.Methods The clinical data of 1 case of gaucher disease of children is analyzed,and the literature review.Results The children as Ⅱgaucher disease,has the characteristics of the typical clinical manifestations and hematology.Conclusion This disease is a rare disease,clinical misdiagnosis easily,should pay attention to identify.
