肠外结合肠内营养支持对胃癌切除术后并发吻合口瘘患者的影响

Effect of Parenteral Nutrition Combined With Enteral Nutrition on Anastomotic Fistula Patients After Resection of Gastric Cancer

目的研究胃癌切除手术后肠内外营养对其并发吻合口瘘患者的影响。方法将胃癌切除术后吻合口瘘患者80例随机分为2组,各40例。对照组实施肠外营养支持。治疗组实施肠内外结合营养支持。观察两组患者术后肛门排气时间、住院时间、营养指标以及并发症发生率。结果治疗组的肛门排气时间和住院时间少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后营养指标水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肠内外营养支持治疗能减少住院时间和并发症的发生率,有效提高患者的营养状况。

Objective To study the effect of enteral nutrition on gastriccancer resection of the anastomotic fistula.Methods 80 patients of anastomotic leakage after gastric resection were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group and received enteral and parenteral nutrition respectively.Observed the flatus time,hospital stay,incidence of complications and nutrition indicators.Results Treatment of anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in study group were significantly less than that of the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）,nutritional index level before and after treatment in the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）,the difference of incidence of complication in two groups had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Enteral nutrition support therapy can reduce the hospitalization time and the incidence of complications,improve the nutritional status of patients.
