翼状胬肉切除术加自体结膜瓣移植的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Pterygium Excision Plus Conjunctival Flap

目的探讨翼状胬肉切除术加自体结膜瓣移植的临床治疗情况。方法选取2014年1月~2015年3月在我院进行翼状胬肉治疗的82例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组（翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植治疗）和对照组（单纯翼状胬肉切除治疗）,各41例,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过6~12个月的随访发现,观察组的治愈率为90.00%,复发率为10.00%,对照组的治愈率为66.67%,复发率为33.33%,两组在治疗效果方面相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉,手术过程简单不繁琐,对身体创伤小,安全可靠,价格亲民,无材料要求,术后复发率低,并发症极少,治疗翼状胬肉疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the pterygium excision plus from clinical treatment of conjunctival flap.Methods Selected 82 cases of pterygium patients as research subjects from January 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital,which were randomly divided into observation group（Pterygium excision plus conjunctival flap） and the control group（simple pterygium excision）,each group had 41 cases.compared to the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results After 6 to 12 months of follow-up found the cure rate of the observation group was 90.00%,the recurrence rate was 10.00%,the cure rate was 66.67% in the control group,the recurrence rate was 33.33%,compared to the two groups in terms of the treatment effect was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Winged pterygium excision combined with autologous conjunctival flap for pterygium,simple surgical procedure is not complicated,the body trauma,safe and reliable,the price is close to the people,no material requirements,recurrence rate,very few complications,treatment of pterygium effective.
