探讨小儿急性喉气管支气管炎临床分期与不同阶段治疗效果

To Explore the Treatment Outcome of Different Stages in Children With Acute Laryngotracheobronchitis

目的探究小儿急性喉气管支气管炎临床分期与不同阶段治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的小儿急性喉气管支气管炎患者100例,比较住院时间以及治疗效果。结果无喉梗阻的住院时间小于Ⅰ度喉梗阻,无梗阻、Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度梗阻患者治愈率大于Ⅳ度梗阻患者。结论无喉梗阻和Ⅰ度喉梗阻的患者治疗效果最好,需要早诊断及时治疗。

Objective To explore the acute laryngotracheobronchitis clinical stages and different stages of treatment.Methods Selected 100 cases with pediatric acute bronchitis in our hospital,hospitalization time and treatment effect comparison.Results The length of hospital stay was less than the first degree,and the cure rate was greater than that of the patients with grade IV obstruction.Conclusion The treatment effect is the best for patients with no obstruction and I degree,so it needs early diagnosis and prompt treatment.
