LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变的临床观察

Clinical Obesrvation of LEEP Knife in Treatment of Cervical Lesions

目的对LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法选取我院2008年1月~2014年7月门诊LEEP刀治疗的315例宫颈病变患者为研究对象,观察患者的手术时间、出血量、术后并发症及随访情况。结果手术时间3~12 min,平均手术时间（5.3±2.8）min;出血量2~25 ml,平均出血量（6.7±1.2）ml;4例出现术后宫颈出血,3例患者3个月后复查宫颈柱状上皮外翻严重,经2次LEEP宫颈塑性,结果满意。结论 LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变手术对患者创伤小,术后并发症少且恢复快,对患者的正常生活影响小,安全性高。

Objective The clinical efficacy of LEEP knife in treatment of cervical lesions were observed and analyzed.Methods Selected 315 cases of cervical lesions in patients with outpatient LEEP knife treatment from January 2008 to July 2014 in our hospital,patients were observed in operative time,blood loss,postoperative complications and followup cases.Results The shortest operation time was 3 to 12 minutes,the average（5.3±2.8） minutes,the amount of bleeding 2 to 25 ml,the average（6.7±1.2） ml,4 patients had postoperative cervical bleeding,3 patients three months after the review cervical columnar epithelium valgus serious,the second LEEP cervical plastic,with satisfactory results.Conclusion LEEP knife treatment of cervical lesions in patients with trauma surgery,fewer complications and faster recovery of normal life of patients is small,safe.
