Observation Clinical Effect of Dismiss Clearing and Bind up Circumcision in Children

目的评价小儿包皮环切术免拆线、免包扎疗法的临床价值。方法治疗组采用包皮环切术,免拆线免包扎方法,对照组采用传统包皮环切术。结果治疗组术后无需拆线及去除包扎敷料而痛苦少,术后出血、水肿与对照组无明显差别。结论小儿包皮环切术免拆线、免包扎疗法痛苦少、费用低、易被患儿接受,疗效确切。

Objective To evaluation clinical effect of dismiss clearing and bind up circumcision in children.Methods The treatment group using circumcision from the stitches from bandaging methods,the control group used traditional circumcision.Results The treatment groups were less painful without suture removal and removal of wound dressings,postoperative bleeding,edema and no significant difference in the control group.Conclusion Circumcision suture removal,bandaging less painfree,low cost,easy to be received,and effective,and at the grass-roots promotion.
