摘要
目的探讨右侧腋下直切口治疗先天性心脏病患儿临床效果。方法选择2014年10月~2015年3月在我院接受治疗的60例先天性心脏病患儿,按抽签方式分为两组,均30例。观察组实施右侧腋下直切口手术治疗,对照组实施常规胸正中切口手术治疗。比较两组手术相关指标、住院时间。结果两组的术中出血量、体外循环时间、主动脉阻断时间及住院时间相比,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对先天性心脏病患儿实施右侧腋下直切口手术治疗,可缩短患儿住院时间,降低出血量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of right axillary straight incision in the treatment of congenital heart disease in children.Methods Selected congenital heart disease 60 cases from October 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital,which were divided into two groups by drawing lots,each group had 30 cases.Observation group to implement the right of the armpit straight incision surgery,the implementation of the control group routine chest incision surgery.Related indicators were compared surgery and hospital stay.Results Compared with the control group,the blood loss,cardiopulmonary bypass time,aortic clamping time and hospitalization time in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with congenital heart disease in children with right axillary straight incision surgery,can shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the amount of bleeding.
