DHS和PFNA固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效比较

Comparison Curative Effect of DHS and PFNA Fixation for Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的分析DHS及PFNA两种方法在老年股骨粗隆间骨折固定治疗中的具体临床效果。方法选取我院2012年1月~2015年1月收治的98例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受DHS固定治疗,观察组接受PFNA固定治疗,对比两组患者手术时长、术中出血量、骨折愈合具体时间等。结果观察组手术用时较少,术中出血量较少,骨折愈合时间较快,两组患者的数据对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PFNA固定治疗方法在老年股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的疗效较好。

Objective To analyze th clinical effect of DHS and PFNA two methods in elderly intertrochanteric fracture fixation in the treatment of specifice.Methods Selected 98 cases with femoral intertrochanteric fractures from January 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital,which were divided into the difference groups,the control group adotp DHS fixation,the observation group adopt PFNA fixation,comparing two groups of patients long surgery,blood loss,fracture healing specific time.Results The observation group had less surgical time,less blood loss,faster healing time,differences between the two groups of data after comparing statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion PFNA fixation method in senile intertrochanteric fractures better efficacy.
