摘要
目的探讨分析功能性消化不良与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系。方法选取2014年8月~2015年8月我院收治的功能性消化不良的患者395例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分成观察组和对照组。两组患者分别进行治疗后,对比两组患者临床症状改善情况以及总有效率。结果观察组临床症状恶心、呕吐、早饱、腹胀、腹痛经治疗后的总有效率高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组Hp根除157例,占80.1%;对照组Hp根除83例,占41.71%;两组Hp根除率对比,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论进行根除Hp治疗后,患者临床症状改善的有效率增高,但仍需对功能性消化不良与Hp的感染的关系作进一步研究。
Objective To study the relationship between functional dyspepsia and helicobacter pylori infection.Methods Selected 395 patients with functional dyspepsia from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital,were divided into observation group and control groups.The improvement of symptoms and overall efficiency were compared after the treatment.Results The effective rate and HP eradication rate of the observation group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.the observation group Hp eradicate 157 cases,was 80.1%,the control group Hp eradicate 83 cases,waas 41.71%,comparing the Hp eradicate rate,was difference had statistically significance,P0.05.Conclusion After Hp eradicate,patients clinical symptome rate has improve,it need further study of the relationship between functionality and Hp eradicate.
