消化性溃疡的临床治疗探究

To Explore the Clinical Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

目的讨论消化性溃疡的临床治疗方法。方法对我院2015年2月~2015年8月收治的40例消化性溃疡患者进行临床治疗的资料进行回顾性分析。结果所收治的消化性溃疡患者经临床治疗,痊愈28例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效治愈率为97.5%,幽门螺杆菌（HP）根除率95%。结论采用联合用药方式可以有效地治疗消化性溃疡,缓解临床症状,减少不良反应的发。

Objective To discuss the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods Selected 40 patients with peptic ulcer admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.Results After clinical treatment the peptic ulcer patients,28 cases were cured,11 cases effective,1 cases ineffective,the total cure rate was 97.5%,Helicobacter pylori（HP） eradication rate of 95%.Conclusion The combination therapy can effectively treat peptic ulcers,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
